GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT VILLA LUCIA

Villa Lucia is a family business.

We have created this accommodation trying to offer the best possible vacation to our guests and make their holiday maximally enjoyable, possibly magical and trully unforgetable ! 

We are located in Acharavi, Corfu, Greece, a family friendly place with many activities available, 350 meters from the sea.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROOMS

 

The apartments are from end to end, meaning that :

• the back side of the apartment accommodates the main entrance together with a smal porch and overlooks the green mountains

• and the front side of the apartment accomodates the balcony of its room and overlooks the green garden (direction to the sea).

​

There is 11 apartments in total :

• 10 x Studio (2 + 1 persons)                                  ->     located on the groundfloor and upper floor of Villa Lucia

• 1x Two rooms apartment (4 + 1 persons)          ->     located on the upper floor of Villa Lucia

​

All the rooms containes :

• a bedroom with a double bed / or 2 single beds                                                                                                                     ->  for total of 2 guests

  • 'Two room apartment' containes 2 bedrooms with double bed (1st bedroom) and 2 single beds (2nd bedroom)          ->  for total of 4 guests

• a fully equipped kitchen

• a private bathroom

• a balcony - facing the garden

• LCD TV  and  FREE WIFI

• Air-Condition (available upon request, for an extra charge : 7.00 € / per day)

• Housekeeping every 2-3 days

SPECIAL REQUEST

Upon request and extra charge is available for the guests :

EXTRA BED  -  is possible to arange into every 'Studio' and also 'Two room apartment'

                             -  the additional cost  6.50 €  /  per day

​

BABY COT  -  is possible to arange into every 'Studio' and also 'Two room apartment'

                           -  the additional cost  0.00 €  /  per day

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX  -  is possible to arange into every 'Studio' and also 'Two room apartment'

                                                     -  the additional cost  5.00 €  /  per full stay

SHOPPING PACKET -  is possible to arange into every 'Studio' and also 'Two room apartment'

                                            -  in case the guest arriving late at night, on sunday or for some reason would like to find a food, snack, drink, or aperitiv

                                               in the room upon arrival or during the stay, the guest can communicate with Villa Lucia, send us his 'SHOPPING

                                               LIST', the shopping will be made and deliver into the guest room personaly by us, while the guest will find his

                                               requested shopping ready in his room at requested time (upon arrival or upon term request (date + time) )               

                                             -  the additional cost  5.00 € + the full amount of the purchased items (from  he official SUPERMARKET RECIET)

SPECIAL SURPRISE  -  is possible to arange into every 'Studio' and also 'Two room apartment'

                                             -  is designed to meet all the criteria of a magical surprise for the onces who celebrates a graduation, birthday, name day,

                                                 anniversary, honeymoon or many other occasions  ... or for the onces which you just like to make a happy

                                             -  usually it containes bouquet of flowers + candy box / chocolate + a bottle of wine / or another aperitiv + best wish

                                             -  however, we can arrange for you any 'SPECIAL SURPRISE' by your preferences (such us HONEYMOONER's

                                                 PACKET / NON ALCOHOLIC PACKET / CHILD PACKET / ATHLET's PACKET / etc. - whatever you need :) )  

                                             -  the additional cost of usual packet  :  30.00 €  (but the price really depends of what you choose to have in your packet)
